Shipping Times. We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions - We currently ship only within the United States and its territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Certain states or localities may restrict the shipment of dietary supplements; it is your responsibility to ensure you can legally receive our products in your location.
Risk of Loss - All products purchased from dóttir are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve issues with lost or damaged shipments.
Damaged or Lost Shipments - If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@drinkdottir.com with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. We reserve the right to require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier for lost packages.
Perishable Products - Our products are perishable beverages. If you will not be available to receive delivery, arrange for someone to accept the package or select a delivery date when you will be present. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from delayed retrieval of delivered packages. Refusal to accept delivery or failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner may result in spoilage, for which we are not liable.
Address Accuracy - You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. Address changes may be possible if requested before shipment, but we cannot guarantee such changes can be accommodated.
Return Policy - Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. We may accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to our approval and a restocking fee of 20%. Damaged or Defective Products - If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drinkdottir.com with photographs of the product and packaging. We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing - Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations - You may cancel an order at any time before it ships by contacting us at info@drinkdottir.com. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment received.
No Guarantee of Satisfaction - While we strive for customer satisfaction, we make no guarantees regarding your satisfaction with the taste, texture, or results from using our products. Dissatisfaction with taste, personal preference, or failure to achieve desired results are not grounds for return or refund.
